Elders Outreach Services

OCM has a full-time Elderly Outreach Liaison that provides the following services for elders age 60 and above in the state of Minnesota:

• Information and referral to social, employment, SSI, housing, health and related services.
• Interpretation and translation services,
• Assistance on immigration and family reunion issues.
• Referral to ESL/Citizenship class
• Legal support services
• Home visit
• Transportation
• Arranging social gatherings and educational sessions
